From requirements capture stage to project creation, we use design and engineering techniques to problem solve for our clients.
Whether its part of a completely new design or an improvement to some existing equipment, we create designs which are fit for purpose, advancing possibilities for those we work with.

Who we work with
Most of our design work is focussed on rail. This includes Rolling Stock Companies, Train Operating Companies, Freight Operating Companies and manufacturers working for the rail industry; but our skill set is also useful for obsolescence management through design, as well as supporting Fishbone’s in house Engineering Division.

Headed up by Duncan Grant, our Design Division prides itself on tailoring its approach to the individual requirements of any project.
With experience across rail, automotive and manufacturing, the team is adept at working with a broad client base and is keen to develop this further, delivering value added engineering design across a diverse portfolio of industries and projects.
