Fishbone have delivered several successful engineering projects throughout the automotive supply chain. R-Reforged are a manufacturer of small series luxury cars and invited Fishbone to be their electrical system development partner for the Zagato TWIN project.
The Zagato Twin project is the production of a series of Aston Martin Zagato V12 Coupe and Speedster cars which customers will purchase as a pair. The cars are highly bespoke and each pairing of Aston Martin Vantage V12 Zagato Heritage TWINS by R-Reforged will be unique to each customer.
Fishbone worked closely with the R-Reforged development team to provide a series of electrical integration and development tasks by a team of Fishbone staff.
The support activities included:
- Electrical, electronic and software integration and configuration to apply V12 Zagato and R-Reforged specific software updates
- Design and manufacture of prototype wiring harnesses
- Installation and commission of prototype wiring harnesses
- Prototype vehicle software update, car configuration, test and sign-off
The project saw the successful completion of the prototype vehicles which incorporated all Heritage TWIN electrical updates, and Fishbone are proud to be invited to support R-Reforged as they start the series production run.
