Steph is our Head of Engineering and Products at Fishbone and leads the management and delivery of engineering/innovation projects and digital product development, including rolling stock assurance projects and Remote Condition Monitoring (RCM) predictive maintenance using data analytics. She is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow with the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). Having always worked in the rail industry, she is experienced in multiple rail environments including rolling stock, light rail, signalling and infrastructure and has a keen interest in how industry can utilise technology and data to improve asset management and service delivery across different transportation types.
