What we do

We bring together services from across Fishbone, to create tailored solutions for each customer, often working on large, complex projects.

By combining expertise from different Divisions we can enhance, adapt or customise our products and services to meet specific project challenges.

Who we work with

We typically work on complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders and extensive supply chains, mainly in the construction and rail sectors. Our customers are those who need our expertise to unpick problems, find the single source of truth and provide a pathway towards project completion and steady-state delivery.

Our ambition

Headed up by Fishbone founder Ed Johnson, our Solutions Division is made up of other cross-functional leads, from Projects, Infrastructure and AAAI. They’re supported by a talented team, handpicked from across our Company to deliver a bespoke, problem-solving solution to every client brief.

Together our ambition is to be best in class for collaborative working, supporting stronger relationships with our customers, creating new opportunities for cross-service engagement and reinforcing Fishbone’s position as a versatile, solutions-focussed partner.
