Russell is our Engineering Manager at Fishbone. He leads the management and delivery of engineering projects, including safety engineering and assurance projects, systems integration, change management, reliability assessments and fleet optimisation.
Russell is a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). He has a wealth of railway experience working across engineering change, assurance and operational delivery with a keen focus on Remote Condition Monitoring, Electronic Design and Manufacture.
Across his career Russell’s worked in roles covering everything from fleet engineering, quality safety and assurance, to being part of the team responsible for the passenger service readiness of some of the most advanced fleets our rail network has seen. At Fishbone, he’s particularly interested in exploring how his knowledge can be applied across a wider range of industry sectors.
