Neil brings over 35 years’ experience within the rail industry. A highly accomplished senior leader, with a breadth of skills within Operations Management, Strategic Development in Supply Chain Services, and People Leadership. He successfully held a variety of key roles within British Rail, Railtrack and Network Rail.
Neil provides a wide knowledge base and particular expertise within Commercial Strategy, Planning and Delivery, Business Change and Process Design and has a key interest in promoting Sustainability through each of these aspects of his work. His strength in problem solving and his offerings of positive strategic direction, as well as his passion for delivering exceptional impact to the railway business, has resulted in industry lead train performance levels.
