At Fishbone, our design projects are led by our Design Manager, Duncan Grant. Completing his BEng in Mechanical Engineering and MSc in Professional Engineering concurrently to working within the rail sector as a Design Engineer, Duncan was able to accrue the necessary experience to become a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Mechanical Engineers in 2018. His genuine interest in engineering projects has allowed him to build a wide knowledge of design applications from light rail interiors to hybridisation and equipment installations underpinned by a fundamental fluency in standards for design, structural and PRM etc. to ensure the smooth running of a project.
