Russell leads the management and delivery of engineering projects, including safety engineering and assurance projects, systems integration, change management, reliability assessments and fleet optimisation. Across his career Russell’s worked in roles covering Fleet Engineering, Quality and Safety Assurance, to being part of the team responsible for the passenger service readiness of some of the most advanced fleets our rail network has seen.
