As inquiries progressed, Fishbone took ownership of the project, leading to technical project delivery. Fishbone seamlessly transitioned into managing small and medium teams within JCB to aid in the development of the AJ45 Electric/Hybrid/Diesel, TJ65 Diesel, and the launch of the 542-70 with Weighload Lite.
Fishbone’s continued success paved the way for winning digitisation projects, where we were involved in integrating machine automation, legal compliance systems, and Artificial Intelligence. Fishbone is now closely embedded in the new electric Loadall machines (telehandlers), set to reshape JCB’s product lines over the next decade.
