Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

Fishbone Solutions (a trading name of Project REM Limited) is committed to conducting business fairly, honestly and in full compliance with the Bribery Act 2010.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption in all its forms.

Our Commitment

Fishbone Solutions will not, and will ensure that its Associated Persons (as defined under the Bribery Act 2010 — including employees, agents, subsidiaries and anyone else performing services for or on behalf of the company) will not, commit or become involved in committing a Prohibited Act in connection with the Company’s business.

This applies to all dealings with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, public officials and any other third parties, in the UK and internationally.

Why This Matters

Bribery and corruption undermine fair competition, damage trust, and can expose individuals and organisations to serious legal and financial consequences. Fishbone Solutions takes its obligations under the Bribery Act 2010 seriously and expects the same standard from everyone who works with or on behalf of the Company.

This policy forms part of our Quality system, which is subject to both internal and external annual audits.
